Description
Nestled amongst trees on the banks of the Breede river, Round The Bend is a favourite for those wanting a total getaway from city life. You are accommodated in cozy thatched A-frame, en-suite chalets in a magnificent riverside setting.

The accommodation at the camp includes comfortable beds with duvets and linen supplied. The camp has both undercover and outdoor recreation areas with fireplaces. DSTV is also available .

What’s excluded

Friday:

Arrive at the camp after 5pm to be welcomed by your guides who will show you your accommodation. Then relax with snacks and sundowners before a delicious dinner prepared by your guides.

Saturday:

After a hearty breakfast and a safety briefing, paddling begins. You will spend the day drifting/paddling down the Breede River in our 2-man inflatable “crocodiles”. No experience is necessary and full instruction is given. A picnic lunch will be served on the riverbanks. Late afternoon you will return to camp for snacks, hot showers and relaxation. The evening will be spent around the campfire and indulging in roast lamb with all the trimmings.

Sunday:

After breakfast it is time to paddle a second beautiful stretch of the Breede river. In the early afternoon you return to camp for a tasty, late lunch, and depart at Leisure.
