We look for operators with a strong track-record and good local reputation. We review their standing with the relevant travel associations. We evaluate the operator’s customer-service procedures to make sure they meet our high standards, and verify their safety records and insurance coverage.

In most cases our destination experts test the products themselves. And in all cases, the local operators have gone through a rigorous screening process. We continually review the performance of local operators, and any operators whose product or services fail to meet our standards are removed from our offering.
